高圓圓產女醫院照曝光 坐月子「最高檔」要價90萬
34歲趙又廷與大5歲大陸女星高圓圓結婚5年，今傳出喜訊，高圓圓在北京和睦家醫院平安產下1女。據悉該院屬高收費，最便宜的自然生產套餐要價6.6萬元人民幣(約30萬元台幣)，不僅如此，現在有陸媒致電詢問該醫院高圓圓生產及坐月子費用，醫院雖表示「有簽保密協定」不願說明細節，不過卻暗中透露最高檔價格19.8萬人民幣(約90萬元台幣)月子餐，是團購人氣商品人氣商品排行榜許多名人會選擇的，讓網友看完大讚趙又廷「寵妻」。
大陸媒體狐搜今日致電該醫院，詢問高圓圓生產及坐月子費用時，院方表示雙方有簽「保密協定」無法說明細節，只透露最高檔價格高達19.8萬人民幣(約90萬元台幣)，是許多名人會選擇的月子套餐，「經常會沒房間」。
再從網路上搜尋，可見和睦家醫院Google網路評價為4.4顆星，該院自然產住院4天，最便宜的生產套餐包括：病房費、全部飲食費、接生護理和藥物費，共6.6萬元人民幣(約30萬元台幣)。私人病房升級豪華病房每晚收費1萬2千元人民幣(約5萬5188元台幣)，指定婦科醫生加收1萬元人民幣(約4萬5990元台幣)。
據了解，高圓圓與趙又廷2012年在拍攝電影《搜索》時因戲生情，同年4月17日，趙又廷在某電影發布會上大方承認與高圓圓戀情，直到2014年6月5日，高圓圓與趙又廷現身北京，登記結婚，如今順利生下小公主，讓一路相挺的粉絲們都感到相當欣慰。
長瘤好害怕！ 認識婦科「三瘤」
【健康醫療網／記者田柏升報導】照完子宮超音波，發現子宮或卵巢內長了「瘤」，醫師說要持續追蹤，不免讓人擔心害怕，怎麼辦？這時不妨先了解，女性生殖系統內，常見的「肌瘤」、「肉瘤」及「水瘤」。
子宮肌瘤最常見 惡性肉瘤癌預後差
子宮肌瘤從子宮的肌肉層長出，是最常見的婦科良性腫瘤。大部分人不會有明顯症狀，一些人可能出現月經量增加、骨盆腔慢性疼痛、因肌瘤太大而壓迫泌尿系統導致頻尿等臨床症狀。無症狀困擾者未必需要處理，只需定期追蹤、觀察。「肉瘤」則是子宮肌瘤的台語說法，會讓人常混淆的其實是「子宮惡性肉瘤癌」。
新光醫院婦產科蔡育倫醫師表示，惡性肉瘤癌有時候看起來像子宮肌瘤，一些病人在診斷為子宮肌瘤後，若追發現肌瘤在短時間內迅速變大，就會初步判斷為惡性肉瘤，還要經過病理科化驗才能確認，依據不同的腫瘤細胞形態，預後好壞不一。有的惡性肉瘤即使開刀也無法完全切除，還需要加上電療、化療。
蔡育倫醫師坦言，惡性肉瘤癌事實上很難治療，也有可能會影響泌尿道、阻礙腸子，所以末期肉瘤癌病人通常都營養不良，甚至會轉移到腹腔內其他器官造成死亡。
功能性水瘤會消失 突然變大要小心
水瘤醫學上稱為「囊腫」，長自卵巢，由卵巢正常組織組成，有些具有功能性，如排卵、卵泡所形成的單純性水瘤。功能性水瘤會自行消失，但若是粘液性的卵巢囊腫，或是漿液性的卵巢囊腫，一般就不會自行消除，就要定期追蹤。
蔡醫師說，超音波照出水瘤，通常會追踪6-8周左右，如果沒有自行消失，且較大有症狀時就需要手術處理。卵巢瘤、卵巢癌有時剛開始看起來也會像普通水瘤，但若突然兩三個月急速增長變大，還有腹水症狀，那就很有可能是惡性腫瘤。
內診、超音波診斷 定期追踪最重要
三種瘤通常會透過內診、超音波診斷，若是特殊情況，甚至需要以電腦斷層及核磁共振才能確診，更甚者可能需要先以手術切割，再將檢體送去化驗判定，進而規劃後續治療。醫師強調，不管哪一種「瘤」，一定要定期追蹤，才能早期治療。
