委內瑞拉馬杜洛失勢 歐盟拉美多國挺反對
委內瑞拉反對派領袖瓜伊多，獲得越來越多國家支持，歐盟28國中已有17個國家，承認瓜伊多是合法政權，就連由拉丁美洲國家組成的「利馬集團」，也宣布力挺瓜伊多。
委內瑞拉總統馬杜洛的聲勢直直落，因為越來越多國家，改挺反對派領袖瓜伊多。
委內瑞拉反對派領袖瓜伊多：「從德國、西班牙、英國、波蘭、立陶宛、比利時、捷克、葡萄牙、愛沙尼亞，超過20個國家承認。」
光是歐盟就已有17國跟馬杜洛說掰掰，承認瓜伊多是委內瑞拉的臨時總統，就連拉丁美洲國家跟加拿大組成的利馬集團，也承認瓜伊多政權。
加拿大外長方慧蘭：「我們支持瓜伊多，並承認他是委內瑞拉的臨時總統，我們承認且支持委內瑞拉人民，享有民主的權利。」
加拿大總理杜魯多宣佈撥款4千萬美元，對委內瑞拉進行人道救援，但他們排除軍事介入委國的可能性，而說出兵是選項的美國總統川普則是被馬杜洛警告，不要亂插手。
委內瑞拉總統馬杜洛：「唐納川普，你給我停下來，你正在犯錯，這將讓你的雙手染血，你將讓總統任期沾血。」
馬杜洛一面對美國放狠話，一面向天主教教宗方濟各告狀，說他已致函教宗，希望他能介入調解。
他的對手瓜伊多則是指控馬杜洛，企圖將12億美元轉到烏拉圭，並呼籲烏拉圭，不要幫助馬杜洛從事非法行為。
