中石化（1本季優惠活動314）昨（24）日舉行股東會，通過每股擬派發股利1元，其中股票股利及現金股息各半，此為近六年來，中石化首度大力推薦CP值爆表配發股利。展望今年，中石化董事長林克銘對於市況看法保守，他表示美中貿易衝突、加上大陸同業擴增C特惠組合享好禮PL和AN產能逐漸開出，使產業景氣的不確定性升高。中石化接下來將以「石化本業」＋非逛不可僅此一檔「土地開發」雙主軸應戰。. } }); } 石化本業方面，中石化要推出高品質產品、優化現有營運能力、建立海外一貫化生產基地、並逐步導入AI技術到生產線。土地開發方面，中石化積極規劃及活化公司國內土地資產，其中位在高雄多功能經貿園區的第五特別區及第六特別區，將隨高雄市政府推動亞洲新灣區建設及205兵工廠的遷移時程，推動相關開發計畫。中石化也前進海外，利用大陸一帶一路戰略及東南亞新興市場崛起的契機，布局越南、緬甸等具投資潛力的地區，擬在當地進行土地開發計畫。中石化的主力產品己內醯胺（CPL）和丙烯睛（AN）去年前三季獲利穩健，但第4季受到美中貿易衝突加劇，衝擊下游市場需求，客戶提貨意願急凍，加上主原料苯酚價格維持高檔，壓縮公司獲利。中石化去年稅後純益42.8億元，年減三成，換算每股純益1.59元。不過為了回饋股東，中石化昨天股東會通過每股配發1元股利，包含股票及現金各0.5元。

媽長期失眠…聽「上課錄音」竟秒入睡

若隔天必須早起，躺在床上卻輾轉難眠，總會讓人感到煩躁。南韓一名女網友就分享秒睡的神奇方法，她說媽媽長期失眠，試過許多方法都沒有用，某天媽媽好奇打開她上課的錄音檔，聽沒多久後竟神奇的睡著了。此篇文曝光後引起網友熱議，紛紛表示「教授治失眠」不管到哪一國都適用！

南韓女網友在網路論壇發表「教授解決我媽媽失眠問題」一文，她說，媽媽長期失眠，就算每天晚上放佛經也沒用。恰巧某天媽媽在使用她舊手機時，一時好奇點開她上課錄下的「教授講課」音檔，不久後竟安然入眠，連自己什麼時候睡著都不知道。

原PO說，從那次以後，媽媽只要失眠就會打開這個錄音檔，而且媽媽聽不到10分鐘就會睡著。媽媽對此相當感激，原PO也直呼教授根本是她家的ASMR（自發性知覺高潮反應），不僅能透過教授講課內容使身體放鬆，還能有效改善失眠狀況。

文章曝光後引發網友討論，紛紛留言表示，「天然安眠藥」、「這是稱讚還是責怪」、「幾年後，媽媽獲得了學位」、「能不能分享音檔，我也失眠」；更有人笑說這個方法「全球都適用！」（編輯：李艾庭）
